Background
It is with deep sadness that my brother and I announce the passing of our father, Scott Plonsky. He passed away tragically on Saturday, September 5th, 2020. In light of the current circumstances, there will not be a viewing. We will make another announcement at a later date with details for a celebration of his life.
In lieu of flowers, we wish that donations go towards a memorial stone for our father at Forest Park. These stones are located at the foot of a beautiful waterfall beneath the Worldโs Fair Pavilion. Forest park was a very special place for our father, and we share many great memories with him there.
We will use any excess donations to cover funeral costs and make a donation to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in his memory.
