I’m just hearing of Scott’s passing I’m sorry for your loss. Scott was a year behind me in school and I would drive him home after lacrosse practice in my clunker of a car. I listened to a band back then called “The Grassroots “and he gave me grief about it. At an alumni game years later he told me every time he hears their songs he thinks of me. I’ll think of him often as I still listen to them now with great memories.

First distinct memory I have of Scott is when Carly was 9/10 years old, she was participating in the Christmas Spectacular at the Ridgefield Playhouse At the end of the show audience members volunteered and were picked to sing a line from the Twelve Days of Christmas. Scott was picked to sing “5 Golden Rings” and every time it got to his turn he sang loud and proud while Carly beamed at him from the stage. And I thought, wow what a great dad and also wow what a great voice he has, now I know where Carly got her great voice from!

Scott,
Summer in Connecticut. You were 7 years old.
You left your legacy for all of us to share.

Found Scott taking a non union break reading under
the big shaded apple tree.
Looking to finish the job, found Scott, legs crossed, his left handed hammer in his lap, fast asleep (another non union break) in Aunt Marions overstuffed queen anns chair.
Till we meet again...
To Maureen and Family
We are thinking of you and adding our strength to yours.
Making wonderful memories come alive.
