Background
Sometime in 2023, Scott and I (Brett) talked about his Values and Legacy of giving. To be clear, I talked more, his humility prevented him from sharing all that he did for others.
I mentioned that his Tattoo of "Give-Love-Serve" had inspired an idea that I thought may continue in his honor. We agreed on a simple kit to hand out to people who might need a little something to lift their spirits that day. They can use it themselves or pass it on to someone who they think could use it. Hence the idea for Scott Douglas Loew's Give Love Serve kit was born. In the SDL GLS kits, are a few items that someone may use for a little comfort and improved health in times of need. By providing these kits to people who can then distribute them when an opportunity presents, it builds a bond that helps communities heal a divide. Sometimes a smile and an act of kindness is all it takes. In Scott's Honor.
Each kit contains approximately $15 worth of safe items, and a whole lot of Scott's love!
We will have envelopes available if you would like to donate during the Celebration of Life on Sunday (more info to come soon).
