There aren't any easy ways to process grief. Just don't play the what if game that we all tend to do. You were his world. You were an amazing wife and an amazing mother and grandmother. Sadly is just a day at a time. Just focus on all the wonderful memories you have shared. Maybe dedicate some time to charity work in his honor. I know he loved children so much. Maybe that could help you carry on his amazing legacy and allow you some healing as well
