Scott Alexander Dixon, affectionately known as Scotty, passed away on July 22, 2023, in Clermont, FL, at the age of 49. He was born on November 24, 1973, in Middletown, NY. Scott is survived by his daughters Claudia Dixon, Alexandra Dixon, Gwyneth Dixon (Maggie), Vivianne Dixon, his son William Dixon, his beloved mother Pamela Dixon, his sisters Christine Dixon and Heather Dixon and 10 nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

Scott was preceded in death by his father, William Dixon.

Scott attended Middletown High School and later pursued higher education at Brevard County Community College.

Scott's charm is legendary. He would tell each of his sisters separately that they were the smartest of the family. He had nicknames for each of his children, nieces and nephews and always made them feel special. He was proud of all his family but especially his five beautiful children. Even in the most difficult of times he would find the time to mail a greeting card to a loved one or to just listen to someone's troubles. He liked to help.

Scott loved movies often quoting from his favorites, mostly Tarantino and Scorsese. He loved cooking for his mother, was a master lunch packer and never met a dish he didn't need to wash.

Scott was also a big softy with a secret love of poetry and psalms. He cried often during his favorite movies. Scott was extremely empathetic of others and their trials.

The Dixon family asks that donations be made in his name to a charity of your choice. The Dixons would also love to hear from all who loved and cherished Scott. 

Say not in grief that he is no more but live in thankfulness that he was.
