Schelly Ann Mendoza, 64, passed away on January 5, 2026 from complications of a rare form of cancer, surrounded by family in prayer and praise, resting in the promise of her ultimate healing in Heaven.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Mendoza; her daughters, Kelly Tamlin and Shelby Radcliff; her many grandchildren who were incredibly precious to her; her parents, Bob Sinclair and Martha Davies; and her sisters, Shauna Fraas and Synthia Martinez-Vasquez. She …
