Sathiya (Ramaraj) Attota was born on August 5th, 1970, and passed on December 3rd, 2025. She was born to two loving parents in Chinnapparettiyapatti, India, and went to school in Virudhunagar.

She grew up practicing Hinduism and converted to Christianity while in college. She was the first to do so in her family and led others in their family to the Lord.

On March 19, 2000, she married Ravikiran Attota and then moved to the United States, where they had their 3 kids: Joshua, Evangeline, and Benjamin.

Outside of her job in MCPS software, Sathiya was passionate about her faith, family, and cooking. Sathiya was known for making sure everyone was well fed and cared for, both spiritually and physically. Her presence will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
