Sarah passed away suddenly surrounded by her family. We were lucky enough to hold her hands and tell her how beautiful she was and how much she was loved until her very last moment. She is survived by her parents Caron and Brian, her sisters Ashley and Andrea and her brother Dylan. She will be missed every minute of every day forever.
