Sarah 'Ranny' Atkins Mast, 45, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, August 13 while surrounded by family. Ranny was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to many. For the past five years, Ranny fought ovarian cancer with grace, dignity, and a relentless will to live. Ranny was born May 2, 1974 in Waynesboro, Virginia to father James Atkins and mother Cecelia Anderson. Ranny lived most of her early life in Richmond, Virginia …
