Sarah was laid to rest on January 5, 2019 at Tours of St. Martin Memorial Garden. Her cremations were placed in a biodegradable urn so that per her wishes, she may gently return to the earth and be amongst us in life.

On December 30, 2018, just days before her 62nd birthday, Sarah Denise Coleman passed away from advanced head and neck cancer at her home in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She had been suffering from aggressive symptoms related to the disease and its treatment for over half a year.
