Background
Sarah was diagnosed at the age of 3 with Diabetes Type 1. As she got older, more health problems started to occur. She was diagnosed with glaucoma in her 20's, and had to have one of her eyes removed due to the disease, as well as many injections to prevent her other eye from getting worse. Over the last 10 years, she has also fought many other battles such as GI, heart and lung issues, blood disorders, and kidney disease. She has spent the last 2 years on dialysis, being admitted numerous times in the hospital, and having multiple procedures.
Despite feeling defeated, she never gave up on herself. She loved her family and friends with all of her heart. She was a light in so many people's lives, and has always been there for her loved ones, even throughout her own struggles.
Sarah has been a big influence on her 12 year old niece, Aria, and they were inseparable best friends. I will forever be grateful for having a big sister like her in my life.
Due to the amount of health issues, Sarah could not physically work the past several months leading up to her death, and did not have life insurance. Please consider donating anything you can to help with funeral expenses, and/or share her memorial page. Our family will be very appreciative for the support. 💚 Contribute
