Sarah Chludzinski, 36, of Taylor, died Tuesday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital.
Born on August 18, 1988, in Old Forge, she was the daughter of Kurt and Tammy Monahan Chludzinski, Old Forge. Sarah was a graduate of Old Forge High School’s Class of 2006. She was formerly employed at the Waffle House in Scranton.
In addition to her parents, Sarah is also survived by her fiancé Scott Mickavicz, Taylor, two grandmothers, Ida Chludzinski and Cindy …
