Sarah Beverly Ann Miller was born on December 6, 1957 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the fifth child out of seven children and the only girl born to John and Muriel Miller. Sarah was named after her fraternal grandmother, Sarah Nancy Brown Miller. Sarah soon became known as Sis.
Sarah excelled academically, studied classical piano, and ran track in high school, graduating from Holy Angeles Catholic School in Kinloch, Missouri and from St. Thomas …
