Saraah Ann (McCarthy) Shea

March 12 1977 - October 6 2023

Saraah Ann Shea passed away on the night of October 6th from an accidental drug overdose. But she was so much more than her struggle with the addiction that ended her life. Saraah was born in prince George. she moved around quite a bit but settled down on Vancouver island shortly before having her youngest son.

Saraah made lots of meaningful connection here in Campbell river. Many of which were formed while working at the discovery harbour care home.

Those who knew Saraah knew she was a deeply loving and caring mother, daughter, sister, and friend.

Saraah loved music, dancing, her fur babies, adventures and being outside. She was incredibly funny, outgoing, and truly lit up any room she was in.

She's survived through her 4 children. (Johnathan, Austin, Zander and Paige Shea.) as well as her mother (Jean McCarthy) and her siblings. (Jeremiah McCarthy, Carly McCarthy, and Meagan dick.)
