Sanford H.J. “Sandy” Barber III, 75, passed away on September 8, 2025, in La Ferté-en-Ouche, Normandie, after battling cancer for two and a half years. Sandy resided in St. Peterburg, Florida and Hayesville, North Carolina, before moving to France. He was born on December 28, 1949, in Lynn, Massachusetts.
