I met Sandy when we moved to 23rd Street. She was always smiling at me and we had our birth signs in common. She was born Oct. 7 and I was born Oct. 8th. I will truly miss her. She called me when I was on leave last year to wish me a happy birthday. I will surely miss her. Rest in peace, my friend.

I had the great fortune of meeting Sandy very early in my career at Standard Chartered. She has always been a supportive, energetic and positive colleague and friend, and brought that million dollar smile with her wherever she went. Sandy and I worked together for many years. She helped me to adjust in my new role when I first started my career at the bank and embraced me with utmost kindness and respect. Not a day went by that we wouldn’t joke around and laugh while working hard to do our jobs. I will deeply miss our conversations and our friendship over the years.

Sandy, and I met through our children but she became my closet friend in Tobyhanna.
I would watch Jordan in the morning and take him to school so that she could get to work on time, she had dedication! Sandy opened her home and heart to me at I time when I had my own trials and tribulations! We had bbq’s, sleep overs and great time dancing. I am in shock and words can not express my sadness, not only for our loss but for her beautiful children who are grieving the loss of a Mother!
