Sandra Lee Williams (Wheeler) went to her heavenly home peacefully on August 14th 2023 at the age of 84 at her home in Billings, MT.
Sandra was born to Herman and Vera Kenney on April 23rd 1939 in Merced, CA where she was raised on a dairy farm. As a child, she loved helping with the farm and participating in her local 4H club. She graduated from Merced High School in 1957 and went on ā¦
