Sandy,
You have your angel wings now, so please fly and see all the things you wanted to see. I know you missed your Joe and wanted to be with him, but you always told me, "the good Lord wasn't ready for you yet." Well we're not ready to be without you, but the thought of you as a glorious angel watching over us will help. I'm sorry for not telling you how important you've been in my life, how I loved your laugh and your words of advice given to me in that charming Scottish brogue. Who will tell me when I'm being cheeky? Who will say, "Good night baby girl. Love ye and don't forget to let the cat in."
I miss you Sandy.

On February 21, 2020 Sandra "Sandy" Stabler died peacefully at her home in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 79.
Sandy is survived by her sons Scott George and Joseph Neil Jr. and by her grandchildren Torcyn Elizabeth, Treylor Hughes, Teirryn Jo, Michael, and Sarah. .She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Neil, her daughter Elizabeth "Lisa" Macelheney, her brother George, and by her parents Elizabeth and Alexander Forbes
