Sandra G. Rodriguez a.k.a "Sandy" passed away peacefully on Hospice at Select Specialty Hospital in Rochelle Park, NJ on Thursday, March 2, 2023. She was surrounded by her daughter- Tina , her niece-Mary Ann Weber Venancio and her grandchildren- Matthew James Tooey and Jonathan Michael Tooey. Sandra was born in Ironbound Newark, NJ where she was raised and lived for for over 50 years. She graduated from East Side High School in 1972. She moved to Leisure Village East in Lakewood, NJ in 2015 to be closer to her grandchildren. She loved being with her grandchildren, cooking, enjoying holiday preparations where her home was open to all to enjoy. She is pre-deceased by her father, Louis "Louie the Lug" and Christine "Tootsie" Cicalese Siano. She is survived by her husband- Jose Miguel Rodriguez of 50 years. She is survived by her sister- Mary Ann Weber, Brother in- law- Richard Weber, Sister Cee-Cee Siano and Brother in- Law- Arnold Marquinhos. Her wishes for funeral arrangements at Bergen Funeral Services with her wishes for Cremation on Monday, March 6, 2023. There will be a "Celebration of Life" following by a Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Newark, NJ and at Saint Martha's Church in Sarasota, FL. More details to come in the next few weeks.
