Sandy's obituary
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Sandra "Sandy" Morrill McDonald, who departed this life on December 21, 2023. Born on August 15, 1956, Sandy imprinted her joy and love on all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Preceded in death by her father Otis Morrill, and Mother, Phylis Morrill.Sandy is survived by her sister, Deborah Morrill, of So. Portland Maine. and devoted brother, Paul Morrill, of Colorado. She also has many life-long friends that have cherished her friendship.
Her legacy of kindness and generosity will linger in the hearts of all who loved her.
Sandy had a deep appreciation for the music , and the simple pleasure of watching The Young and Restless. An ardent fan of The Patriots,(particularly Tom Brady) her spirit was marked by a boundless enthusiasm and love for her team. She also had a special fondness for watching music shows, particularly The Voice.
Noted for her love of walking, Sandy often combined her exercise with mindful appreciation of the world around her. She relished the beauty of her favorite vacation spot, Maine, and found peace and tranquility in its serene landscapes.
Sandy's love for animals was profound, and she dedicated much of her time and energy to advocating for their well-being. Her favorite color, blue, reflected the depth and tranquility of her soul, and her warm, optimistic, loving, kind, fun, and humble personality made her a cherished friend to many.
The most heartfelt lesson Sandy shared with all was simple yet profound, "Be kind to each other." Indeed, this message was a testament to her own character and the way she lived her life. Aside from her love for cats, Sandy will be most remembered for her inimitable kindness and the generosity she bestowed on all she met.
We will miss Sandy immensely. Her legacy will forever serve as a reminder to live with kindness, generosity, and unwavering love. Rest in peace dear Sandy.
