Frank and family, our hearts are so saddened by the news and we are keeping you all in our prayers. Sandy had such an amazing way of making people feel warm and welcome. She was always ready with a quick smile. We will never forget sharing laughs and fun with her in our early years at those crazy neighborhood parties. We will miss her.

Sandy had a way of making everyone feel welcome. Even as a teenager coming into her house (after we inevitably were up to no good), she was happy to see us and embrace (and feed) the crowd. When I think about the home I want to create for my kids as they grow up, so much of that vision is from her and the open door, home away from home feeling she created. My heart is broken for the extended family she has left behind.
