Sandra's obituary
Sandra "Sandie" Mullins Keith, 61, of Sanford, FL, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025, peacefully and surrounded by her loving family.
Sandra was born on December 12th, 1963 to Bennie Hugh Mullins & Margaret Mildred (Sjoblom) Mullins.
Sandie was the youngest of 10 children. Growing up the baby in a large family, Sandie was surrounded by love. She spent her childhood playing outside with her siblings and her 1st born nephew Charles Noe (the son of her oldest sister Emma Jean). Growing up in a Christian household the family found their church home at The Salvation Army Sanford Corps, where they made many memories and gained life long family friends.
In 1977, at 16 years old, she met Tommie Keith, who she fell head over heels in love with. They were married August 30, 1985 and shared over 29 years of love together, and went on to have their only child, Melissa Ryan Keith, in 1994.
Sandie was happy, excited & worried leading up to the birth of her beautiful child and had many hopes and dreams for her. When Sandie realized Melissa had a love for theatre she signed her up with a local theatre and was Melissa's biggest supporter at all of her shows. Sandies greatest joy in life was watching her baby girl grow into a beautiful woman.
Sandie worked for Seminole Community College for over 20 years and in her free time she enjoyed spending time with her husband Tommy, raising their daughter Melissa Ryan, singing, riding their motorcycle, boating, camping and making memories with family & friends.
In December of 2015, Sandie started dating her life-long friend Dale Keeling. Sandie & Dale enjoyed singing together, laughing together & time with family & friends. She enjoyed Dale's sense of humor and told us that he always had a joke for her.
