San juana's obituary

San Juana "Janie" Contreras, a cherished mother, grandmother, and aunt, peacefully passed away on November 22, 2025. Born on August 1, 1955, San Juana was a woman whose life was defined by immense compassion, love, and dedication to her family.

Known to her loved ones as Janie, she preferred her formal name, San Juana, a name that echoed strength and grace. She leaves behind her son, Francisco Lopez, her beautiful granddaughter, Julie Lopez, and her devoted nephew, Noe Contreras. Each of them carries a piece of San Juana's love and wisdom. She was predeceased by her parents, Tomas "Don Tomas" Contreras and Maria Contreras, whose memory she honored throughout her life.

San Juana's legacy is one of love, a testament to her caring and loving nature. She raised her son with all her heart, making the simple yet profound act of nurturing her greatest accomplishment. Her guiding principle in life was 'Be good,' a principle she practiced and imparted onto her loved ones. Her caring nature and immense love for her family will be remembered and cherished forever.

Today we say goodbye to San Juana, leaving us with a void that can never be filled. However, we will strive to honor her legacy of love and kindness. San Juana, we miss you profoundly. As we grieve, we are comforted by the knowledge that your love will continue to guide and protect us. Rest peacefully, dear San Juana. Your memory lives on.
