Samuel J. Locklear passed away peacefully at home on March 19, 2025, at the age of 98.
Born on November 12, 1926, Samuel lived a long and meaningful life marked by dedication and resilience.
He is survived by his daughters, Sonya Locklear and Santha Locklear, who carry forward his memory with love and respect.
A burial service honoring Samuel’s life and legacy will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on March 28, 2025.
