Samuel L. Keiffer, at the age of 92, passed away in the early afternoon of Thursday, September 7th, 2023. Prior to being in the care of the memory care staff at Neffsville Nursing & Rehabilitation in Lancaster, PA, he lived with his wife in Hershey, PA for many years.
