We have a  very happy memory of Sam, when the whole Forman family came to dinner in London, plus Cary’s delightful mother, some years ago. We remember him being very enthusiastic about the UK and being great fun to be with, taking after his wonderful parents. Heaven will be an even nicer place with him there. We send heartfelt condolences for this terrible loss. RIP Sam.

Much love

Charles and Clare Pelham

Sam radiated joy and kindness. What a beautiful combination of the best bits of Bruce and Cary, two of the greatest people on the planet.  As they say, “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree”. Sam was kind, adventurous, determined, fun-loving….all with a great sense of humor. A piece of our hearts is gone, but Sam’s memory will always bring laughter, smiles, and love.

Dear Bruce, I came across this tragic news quite by accident just scrolling through my online news feed.  I'm so sorry. Words can never capture the grief and heartache experienced from the death of a child. You and your family are in my thoughts.
Bruce, Cary and Ben. I just read about your beautiful Sam. I am shattered to hear about your tragic loss. I am sending you all my deepest condolences. There simply are no words. Praying for your peace and comfort in these difficult days.
My deepest condolences to the Forman family. Sam was an incredible friend, teammate, and person all around. Whether he was armbaring his opponents on the mat or joking around in the bleachers he was nothing but joyful and pleasant to be around. He truly defined what it meant to be a whole hearted and hard working individual. He will be forever missed and his impact on me and others around him will forever be remembered and treasured. My parents and I are very sorry for your tragedy. We were absolutely heartbroken of the news of Sam’s passing. He will forever be with us, in our hearts, and in our minds.
Sam was an amazing person and friend. When I moved to Boston for a summer, I knew nobody and I was extremely lucky to get to meet and become friends with Sam. He helped make me always feel welcome and was a constant genuine and happy presence wherever we went.

Im so thankful that we were able to keep our friendship since then and our talks about life and the Patriots. I could always count on Sam responding whenever I posted a picture at a Pats game. He was such an amazing guy and I’m forever grateful just to have known him.

Love you man, and I’ll always be thinking of you.
