I first met Samidha in elementary school.  She had a cast on her arm and kids fought over who got to carry her lunch tray for her. She was so kind and funny and made friends easily—as she would continue to do her whole life. I was always impressed with how she deeply devoted she was to  her family, her kids, and her friends.  She was always hosting people in her home, backyard, camper, and boat, and exploring new hobbies and interests. She tended to her friendships with love, humor, and a listening ear. My heart breaks that we do not get more time with her.   I used to joke with Samidha about when we would reach the Golden Girls age and hang out drinking coffee in our Muumuus. My deepest condolences to the Watsons, the Junghares, and Samidha’s many friends and colleagues. She was a bright light.

Having Sam as a friend for ~27 years is one of the biggest blessings of my life. Her kindness, caring, acceptance, sense of adventure and laughter made this world a better place. It’s way too soon to say goodbye. Her love for her family was evident, and my heart breaks for Mike, Meera, Nayan, Indira and Milind. I have so many memories with Sam, from a cabin in northern Wisconsin to driving across Tasmania to a dodgy ski motel in Breckenridge. Our last outing was on Lake Minnetonka in August, and a little bit of my heart will always be there.

I met Samidha through soccer. We spent countless hours in the sun, snow, rain and wind watching the kids on the field. I really enjoyed our conversations and getting to know her. She was so easy to be around and such a kind soul. She will be dearly missed by so many.

Love and support to the Watson and Junghare family during this difficult time.

My deepest condolences.  Sam will be forever missed especially her laugh and adventurous spirit.
I am so sorry for your loss, she was such a kind person and will be deeply missed. Sending prayers and love ❤️
Samidah was in the group I have coached for 15 years on and off.  She came with us for trail running and skiing. It was fun to make her work hard on the uphills and see her technique improving as I coached her.  She will be missed and my thoughts and prayers are with Mike and the kids.

I worked with Samidha years ago when she was with the City of Superior. I still remember that she was really great to work with. I'm shocked that she is gone so soon. My deepest condolences to her family and friends.
