It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Samara Davis on September 1, 2025. Born on June 7, 1975, Samara lived a full and vibrant life, leaving an indelible mark on everyone blessed to know her. She is survived by her devoted husband, Tommy Davis; her children, Kayla Parks, Danielle Brown, and De’Andre Walters; her cherished grandchildren; and a host of loving family members and friends.

Samara had a wide range of interests that added color to her life. She loved to cook salmon croquettes and chicken & broccoli pasta, and one of her favorite indulgences was sipping on tequila. Devoted to her faith, her favorite book was the Bible. A fan of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, she also found joy in art, with a special fondness for pieces by Drexxo.

As a Atlanta Falcons fan, sports brought excitement and pride to her life. In her leisure time, she enjoyed playing Solaire, watching movies, or simply listening to music. Some of her favorite places included New York — her preferred vacation spot — and the local V12 Restaurant & Sports Bar. A passionate advocate for her children and grandchildren, Samara remained deeply committed to causes close to her heart.

Those who knew Samara best would describe her personality as bubbly and full of energy, always ready to share a joke or spark a laugh. She considered her greatest accomplishment to be creating cherished memories with her grandchildren and showering them with love. Her favorite saying, “pineapple and good morning,” often brought laughter and light to any room she entered. Known for her generous spirit and kind heart, Samara will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.
