Sally Ann Meek Burgess, 82, passed away on October 15th, 2021 at her home in Deer Park, Texas with her daughter and son by her side. Sally was born in Frederick, Oklahoma on September 4th, 1939, was a graduate of Tipton High School in Tipton, Oklahoma and attended Southwestern State college in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She later worked at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City in the office of the Inspector General, where she …
