Ryan J. Piezonka sadly passed away March 2, 2025 at the age of 31. A beautiful, gentle, kind, and loving soul, Ryan was born July 13, 1993 at Resurrection Hospital in Chicago.

Ryan had been studying aviation and was on his way to becoming a CFI. He loved flying because of the feeling of freedom it brought him, and he worked hard at his jobs to support his dreams of being a professional pilot. In addition to flying airplanes, Ryan also enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He said it gave him a similar feeling of freedom and peace of mind. In his spare time, he enjoyed helping others. Whatever they needed, he was there to lend a hand. He had a dog named Sunshine (Sunny) that was the world to him. As his constant companion, Sunny enjoyed going for long walks and adventures.

Ryan was deeply loved by many. His family, friends, and co-workers alike always said how Ryan had a beaming smile and a “good morning” or silly joke to tell. He leaves behind his mother Katrina, sisters Crystal and Jamie (Sean), his uncles James and Russell (Cindy), his nephew Cody and his niece Chloe. Ryan is preceded in death by his grandmother Audry J. Scott who was there to welcome him into her arms the moment he sadly passed. We will honor every day of his life as we move forward and continue to celebrate his life and accomplishments.
