I am so sorry to learn of this dreadful incident. Ryan was our handyman on some projects and I liked him enormously. My wife and I extend our deepest condolences, especially to his son Blaine. Mike and Suzanne Lambert, Mint Drive, Baton Rouge.
My most sincere condolences to Ryan’s precious family. We are all hurting because to know him was to love him. He once told me that he and Blaine didn’t sit around and play video games because they liked to get out and do things, to be productive and to live life. Seems like he packed in a couple of lives, especially with his son, into his one because they did so much. Truly a great man, father and friend.

Though I didn’t personally know Ryan, I do know Blaine From what I have read it seems the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. I hope for you Blaine the pain of losing your father will ease with time. You are very much loved at school. I wish all of this family my condolences and may God comfort you all in his loving arms through this time of need. God Bless

I am so sad to hear of your loss. I consider myself lucky to have known Ryan as we served together at Delta Company Task Force Marshall. I will never forget the lessons he taught me, his patience as a Drill Sergeant, and the fun memories of the time we all got to share together. Ryan, you will be missed dearly. We pray your your family in this time of loss. - Major Jason Gilbert and family.

I am so heartbroken for all of Ryan’s family and friends. I knew him as JR for many many years. I have so many found and fun memories with him throughout our lives. Praying a peace that passes understanding will overwhelm each of you! He wrote on a message photo at my wedding “May you be content in each other’s arms” over 10 years ago. JR, May you be content in the Lord’s arms! Much ❤️! Rest well. God Bless!
