I was a Kindergarten Teacher at UES for many years. I remember your sweet brother and his beautiful eyes and great smile!

Ryan,

I was a quiet chubby kid going into 9th grade at Ochs. I had my middle school friends going with me to hs but I did not have many if any hs friends yet. You were genuinely nice and a selfless guy no matter who was around you or how your day was going. You were a good guy man. Just like everyone else, I can’t believe you have left us this early in your life. I can say one thing. The way you treated others and the help you gave people that needed you should be a life lesson to the younger generation growing up now. If more people were as selfless and had a genuine good attitude as you did, we would be in much better shape as a society than we are in now. My condolances and prayers go out to your family as well. Just wonderful people.

I’ll see you again on the other side,

Sincerely,

Jesse Furr
