Ms. Ruthie "Sista’" Brown, 69, of Mountain House, CA, passed away on January 26, 2023 after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer.
Ruthie was born on April 12, 1953 to Mary Elizabeth Brown and Deloach Brown in Greenwood, Mississippi. At the young age of 3 years old, Ruthie moved to Chicago with her family and spent most of her life in the Windy City. After graduating from Calumet High School in 1971, she went on …
