Ruth Spence, aged 74 , passed away on September 15, 2023. Born on February 11, 1949, Ruth was an extraordinary woman, celebrated for her loving heart and generous spirit.
She instilled in her family the values of compassion, humility, and courage. Ruth is survived by her adoring daughter, Jessica Spence. Her radiant smile, wise counsel, and loving nature will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered.
