Obituary
We regret to announce the passing of Ruth Rall, 59, of Palm Bay, FL, on April 29, 2023. Ruth passed away peacefully while in the care of Health First Hospice. She was born March 5, 1964 in Columbus, Ohio and moved to Melbourne, Florida in the summer of 2002.
Ruth was predeceased by her parents Robert and Elizabeth (Betty) Rall. She is survived by her long-time partner, Meredith Smith; her two children Sandra (Justin) Rusnak …
