Ruth Ann Noland, 78, passed away peacefully in Houston, Texas, on March 28, 2025. She was born on May 22, 1946, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Neill David Noland and Viola Margaretta Darmstatter.
Ruth graduated from Catonsville High School in 1964 and began her career with the National Security Agency at Fort Meade, Maryland. When asked about her role there, she would wryly reply that she "counted kernels of corn." Over the years, she held various …

In accordance with Ruth’s wishes, no memorial service is planned. Arrangements have been made with Eternal Reefs to create a living legacy in her honor. Family and friends will have the opportunity to attend the reef ball casting and viewing at a future date.
