Ruth Annette Micholic, age 67, went home after long health struggles on August 25, 2024 in Blue Ridge Va. She is survived by her (husband) Guy Micholic (Blue Ridge VA), (son) John Lance (Blue Ridge VA), (son) Erik Lance (Portland OR), (daughter) Rachel Ellington (Danville VA), (son) William Ellington (Danville VA), (step daughter) Crystal Micholic (Oshkosh WI) and (step son) Paul Micholic (Menasha WI), (grandchildren) Mathew and Isaiah Poole (Danville VA), (step grandchildren) Star Cardell (Fondulac WI), Emmy La Rue Micholic (Menasha WI). Other surviving family are (sister) Margaret and Will Pigeon (Green Bay WI), (sister) Mary and Wayne Gressick (Sobieski WI), (sister) Jeanie and Jerry Bryfczynski (Green Bay WI), (sister) Joan and Bob Archiquette (Crivitz WI), (sister) Barbara and Claude Tremblay (Greenville SC), (sister) Teresa Nowak (Green Bay WI), (brother) Bill and Rongjiao Courchaine (Green Bay WI), (brother) Joe and Donna Courchaine (Marathon City WI), (brother) Wink and Traci Courchaine (Spartanburg SC), (brother) Tom and Dori Courchaine (Madisonville TN) and (brother) Richard and Dianna Courchaine (Green Bay WI). Ruth was preceded in death by (brother) Bernie Courchaine, Wife Cherryl (Green Bay WI).

There are just too many cousins, nieces and nephews to name but it's safe to say she loved them all!

Ruthie loved long walks in nature, singing in the rain, being kind to strangers and loving on her family! She fed the hungry, hugged the sad, cried with the sorrowful, made everybody around her feel good about themselves, adored her pets, but above all she loved God!

I'll end by saying if you actually knew her you are truly blessed, the world has lost one of its greatest treasures! I will miss her
