Ruth E. Cole, 92 of Exeter, California, with great sadness passed away October 7th, 2022, at her grandson's home surrounded with love.
Ruth was born May 8th, 1930, in Marshfield, Missouri to Des and Inez Palmer. She attended and graduated from Marshfield High. At the age of 18 she headed out west to California to help her sister and brother-in-law. She then met her first husband, where they had two sons. While in California, Ruth …
