Ruth Rosa Browning Scheuermann, born on November 25, 1931 in Germany, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025. A woman of strength and fortitude, Ruth's life was characterized by her unwavering resolve and generous spirit. Her motto was always "onward and upward!". She will forever be remembered for her loving heart, love of roses & gardening, and the joy she brought to those who knew her.

Her memory lives on in brother Horst Seibold and his wife Dianne; Raimund Seibold and his wife Barbara; sister Karin Nagel, ex-husband Arthur Browning, and the many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces & grand-nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, in addition to the numerous friends and colleagues who became her chosen family. Ruth's passing is a significant loss; her light and love will be profoundly missed.

No remembrance events are planned. Ruth and Karl both declined a formal funeral or memorial service as their wishes were to have their ashes scattered, together, at Goat Rock along the Sonoma Coast.
