Ruth Adel Collins, affectionately known as “Rutha Dell,” passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family — her son Barry Collins (Keith Webster), her son Kenneth Collins (Darlene), and her cherished grandchildren, Kenny and Kendra.
Born on June 27, 1948, in Garnett, South Carolina, Ruth was the daughter of the late Richardson Moultrie Sr. and Annie Bell Moultrie. She was preceded in death by her beloved sisters Annie Bell and Joan, …
