Rusty, 65 of Blairsville, Ga passed away on Oct 21 after a battling with his health after a stroke. He was surrounded by his friends and loved ones in his final days and passed peacefully with his love, Jill, by his side.

Rusty was predeceased by his brother, Kent Kelley, and his mother, Helen Connie Kelley. He is survived by his children Rodney, Jamie, and Cristal as well as his beloved grandchildren. Rusty was an avid outdoorsman who spent much of his time in nature. His favorite areas included lake Nottely. Helton creek falls, & Amicalola Falls. Rusty spent much of his free time hunting and fishing in the north ga mountains.

The family asks that donations be made so that we can give our father a military funeral he deserves. To honor his legacy and memory.
