Background
My father, Rusty Kelley, was a proud Marine and beloved father. He served his country in Vietnam and was awarded a purple heart for his service in the military. He was a a hunter and a fisherman. He was a grandfather and a friend. His passing has profoundly shifted the world for those he left behind. We cannot afford a funeral and are still trying to pay the remaining balance on his ashes. We are hoping for peace and closure in honoring this brave, kind, loving man. So much love to each of you♡
