May his values and memories live on in his children and 4 grandchildren. He will never be forgotten. Rustom was a good friend of my hubby, Roland, both in St Mary's ISC in Mazagaon, Mumbai, and then at IIT in Powai. He will continue to be your guardian angel watching out for you all. Rustom and I spent 5 years at IIT Bombay, few years at his restaurant at Slater Rd., Bombay, and another 30 years in Orlando FL area. He was more than a friend, a true companion in our friend circle and stood by us thru thick & thin. His genuine care and concern for us was evident in our daily interaction at the college. His ability to cheer people up was amazing and unparalled.
We gathered today to celebrate & remember Rustom's life. A cherished loyal friend, confident, full of joy, laughter, enthusiasm, and adventure. His presence at college classes, study, at meals, and outdoor activities was a tremendous source of support and entertainment. He was a constant source of inspiration to friends.
Although Rustom has left us for heaven, his spirit lives on in our memories, for the lessons he taught us regarding friendship, love, and joy. His legacy forever will steer us to hard work and goodness. In turn we will carry his memory in our hearts forever for the great times and profound impact he made in our lives.
Rest In Peace dear Rustom, watch us and keep guiding us from heaven. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
