We are saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Russell Parsons, a beloved father, grandfather, friend, and loving presence in this world. Born on September 21, 1949 in Chester West Virginia to the late Dorthea and Richard Parsons. Russell was a graduate of Oak Glen High School Class of 1968.
