The family is setting up a memorial to support the Car Care ministry where Russ spent countless hours selflessly giving of his time and talents providing free or at-cost vehicle service and repairs for hundreds of people in need with challenging situations, whether single mothers, refugees, families experiencing financial insecurity, and people from of all walks of life.
