It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Russell Scott Hamilton, fondly known as Scotty, who was born on October 31, 1946, and died on January 3, 2026 at his home in Washington. A man of multiple talents and warm character, Scotty genuinely touched the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
