Russell Dean Fulton of Seville, passed away peacefully October 22, 2019. Dean, as he was known, was 90 years old. Dean lived in Seville for most of his life. He served the town as both a councilman and a member of the Board of Public Affairs. He was an active member of the Seville United Methodist Church, helping where ever he was needed. Dean was instrumental in the construction of the addition that houses the …
