Russell DeWitt Anthony, 66, of Bakersfield, CA, passed away unexpectedly on September 19, 2021.
Russell was born on November 4, 1954 to Ernest Anthony and Mariana Koontz in Amarillo, TX. After graduating from W.H. Adamson High School in 1972, he joined the United States Air Force and served four years as a logistics specialist. Following his military service, he went on to study Geology at The University of Texas in Austin and Arlington.
