It is with remarkable sadness that we announce the death of Russel "Rusty" Steward, a dedicated father, son, brother, and an exemplary figure in our community. Rusty, as he was affectionately called, passed away on September 27, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, respect, and enduring memories.
