The family of Russ is heartbroken to announce his passing. He was always the Rock of the family, ready to help whoever needed it at any time. He will be greatly missed by all of us. Russ is survived by Debbie Dutter, his long time companion, his children; Russell, Rochelle; grandchildren; Desiree, Seve, Tanner, Dylon, Jayson & Devyan.
